It is agreed that Cabernet Sauvignon is the wine best suited to beef, a red meat with strong character. However, there are other names that go well with roast beef. A strong red wine with aromas of red and black fruits will be ideal for your prime rib.

  • Domaine de l'Odylee

Located in Violes in the heart of the Cotes du Rhone PDO, the Odylée estate was created in 2016 following a love affair between a family and a terroir located at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail and the Mont Ventoux. Certified organic in 2020 and HVE in 2019, the domain exploits 17 h and produces exceptional Côtes du Rhone with more than 40 000 bottles this year 2020 with 5 red, 2 white and 2 rosé cuvées in 2020 without added sulfur in 2019 and 2020. We are marketing the 2019 vintages for the red and 2020 for the white and rosé. The domain has oriented itself towards very qualitative bottles with a sought-after marketing. We have received numerous awards in various wine competitions in France and abroad.

  • Which Wine to choose for a Porc BBQ ?

For white meats such as pork, a light and fruity red wine or a fresh rosé wine will be best suited to accompany ribs, without altering their grilled taste. Why not make a herb-based marinade for your pork? Mediterranean rosés are perfect.

  • Which wine for your vegetable BBQ ?

Do you prefer grilled vegetables or charcoal-baked potatoes for your grilling? Vegetarians also have their own glass of wine! A dry rosé with a spicy aroma goes well with grilled vegetables.
