Our friends from Melt, Pit's BBQ, and Charles' BBQ will be present to make you discover the real flavors of Texas with their low & slow meats, the Burgundian rotisserie with hams on the bone from our regions, The Grilling Bastard and the Huichola will make you discover the flavors of Mexico, while Horace Brasero will make you discover its succulent meats snacked on the brazier.

The Grilling Bastard

En 2013, le concept "The Grilling Bastards" c'es des recettes américaines et mexicaines simples avec de bonnes techniques de grillades. Toujours à la recherche de recettes innovantes que les gens pourraient reproduire chez eux avec leur famille et leurs amis. L'humour très particulier qui les caractérise est devenu au fil du temps le ton "Bastardo". La proposition "Bastardo" s'adresse à tous les amateurs de barbecue qui veulent commencer à donner vie et à utiliser correctement leur gril, ainsi qu'à tous ceux qui sont fatigués des recettes classiques de steaks de bœuf, de saucisses, de merguez et de recettes sans âme.

MELT on the Inside Area !

The MELT Group is pleased to once again participate in the 2023 edition of the bbq show in Paris. At MELT, we take the culinary traditions of Texas and bring them to life by offering low-temperature oak-fired smoked meats. Paul and Jean founded the MELT concept after traveling throughout Texas with the idea of offering their customers melt-in-the-mouth meats. Today, MELT has three locations in Paris. This year at the show, we are offering smoked meat sandwiches, such as the classic Brisket Bun, Pulled Pork Bun, Turkey Bun.

Charle's BBQ

Eternal bon vivant, Charles loves to share good times with his family. Barbecue is the best friend of conviviality, the crackling fire, the smoke and the smell of the meat which is sublime.

Pit's BBQ

The "Pit" is the well dug in the earth around which entire generations of Amerindians have gathered to cook and smoke their meats and vegetables for many hours. This ancestral method sublimates the food, giving it a very singular smoked taste and an incomparable tenderness. Because of its capacity to gather around the fire, this well is also synonymous with sharing.

It is this experience, both gustatory and convivial, that we bring to life and that we convey throughout France with our different structures. These are available in delivery service, mobile barbecue, smokehouse food truck or at the table.

Venez tester et cuire vos repats directement sur des barbecues de marques du salon. Il est important de découvrir de nouveaux barbecues mais il est encore mieux de le tester avant l'achat !!

MELT on the outside area !

Come and meet us at the outdoor MELT booth, where we will be offering original tasting dishes based on the Texas barbecue. The booth will feature original MELT recipes as well as creations in collaboration with Alberto Suardi the executive chef of Big Mamma, the Gramme restaurant and the South American restaurant Selva. The friends of Buffalo Trace are also preparing some nice surprises throughout the weekend.

La Huichola

In July 2021, La huichola beer makes its official presentation in parallel with the Mexican catering service. We would like to transmit the culture through their gastronomy and continue beyond 4 walls. I would like to go further without borders, without languages...to promote what humanity has in common: food and beer...!
