The MELT Group is pleased to once again participate in the 2024 edition of the bbq show in Paris. At MELT, we take the culinary traditions of Texas and bring them to life by offering low-temperature oak-fired smoked meats. Paul and Jean founded the MELT concept after traveling throughout Texas with the idea of offering their customers melt-in-the-mouth meats. Today, MELT has three locations in Paris. This year at the show, we are offering smoked meat sandwiches, such as the classic Brisket Bun, Pulled Pork Bun, Turkey Bun.
